Bobby, that is irrelevant unless you are buying in US $. Or trying to sell in US $ as your product is too expensive overseas.

If a store buys product in US $ and sells it here it will be cheaper when you buy it here in Aus $.

The increase in the AUDUSD ratio reflects the buoyant enthusiasm flowing over here in Australia.

the AUS $ does not go up or down but ONLY varies in relation to the value of a foreign currency eg the AUDUSD ratio.

So unless there is overseas transactions involved goods here won't change.

A high AUDUSD ratio is good if you are buying from overseas thru Ebay for example or travelling overseas to Bali for example.

If Labor had got in the AUSUSD ratio would have plunged to great depths as Labor dragged Australia down into the SEWERS of SOCIALISM.
