BH is ducking and weaving.

Prius is a slag on the highway because the little petrol motor is flat out moving all the dead weight at 110km/h once the main battery goes flat.

Hybrids are good round town but don't like the open freeway at 110km/h unless they have a large enough petrol motor.

It has a 1.8 litre motor,,, plenty of power for 110km's the only thing would change on a long stretch would be fuel economy....

The Toyota Prius is electric only at very low speeds, meaning that you’re always likely to be using the petrol engine during your journey.

After test driving the RAV and having the Hybrid Corolla for a week, I'd actually prefer if they augmented the electric side of the vehicle and made it a plugin.

Add a bit more battery capacity and enable it to be pure EV up to about 80kph.

In a time of universal deceit — telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

No evidence whatsoever it can be attributed to George Orwell or Eric Arthur Blair (in fact the same guy)

The current Prius has a 99 hp engine and weighs about 1300 kilos.

By contrast a VB commodore with double the engine size, made only a little more power and weighed about as much.

You do not need all the power onthe freeway. Power and torque are only there from stop start.

BH is doing a bit of armchair arm waving.

Something as tiddly as a Prius needs all it's got and MORE to keep up 110km/h on the freeway. Especially on an up hill run.

Even if you where right Jules,
If you buy a prius for city use and it uses a third of the fuel of any other car, what does it matter ?

And juliar is showing they haven't driven a car after 1981

Now BH is getting annoyed.

A Prius towing a caravan uphill closes that lane off for hours.

And an all electric heap towing a caravan uphill closes the whole highway when the lithium battery overheats and explodes!!!!

The world is impatiently waiting for the HYDROGEN SAVIOR which will take over when oil runs out.

Japan is going all out to become the first HYDROGEN POWERED COUNTRY.

And ScoMo needs to divert wasted subsidy away from renewable rubbish to hydrogen production to improve Australia's security from depending on fuel being imported.

And juliar once again shows the psychiatric illness and refuses to answer.

BH is cornered in his own fictional facts and is getting snarly as there is a queue of cars for 10kms behind his underpowered Prius pulling a caravan uphill at 40km/h on the freeway with a 110km/h speed limit.

Juliar is denying statements whilst not producing any of their own facts.
