Just that Eurovision is more than his entire self worth.

And people don't even watch Eurovision, and forget about it after five minutes.

It's another one of those things for people to come home to and spend an hour watching before bed and in between dinner and showering and doing the dishes, before they go back to work again the next day.

Something they can live vicariously through, like MAFS, MKR, Home and Away etc. Something to distract them from the mundane of life. Something that isn't real.

Something that is still greater than the entire sum and value of his life.

At the moment I can reach 5-10 people on this website with my political analysis and persuasion.

At university I can reach over 30 per day with no effort.

If I add my classes, library time, lunch time, I can easily expose thirty people a day to my brand of politics.

If five of them are persuaded by me and use my brand of thinking to save the world, and reach 10 people per day each, there's 70 per day.

And that magnifies in scope when you consider new adherents.

Brian, if you don't withdraw from this candicacy, I will leave. And I will engage in public outreach.

My brand of political persuasion is not going to help the Aussie social order mate Army hey.

So if you don't withdraw I'll be causing harm to Australia.

So now this is about patriotism Vs ego. If you love your country, mitigate the potential harm to Australia political cultural identity and withdraw.

If this is about egos and ad hominems you obviously won't withdraw. Prove your patriotism.

Or I will be doing my penance to God to forgive me for supporting the Army offline instead of online.

I am doing everything I can to ensure I don't receive eternal damnation and go to hell with you when I die. At the moment that is affirming my beliefs online. I will take it to the campus if you don't leave.

Either way you lose. Either way I will spend every day of the rest of my life denouncing the military. If you want that uncontrolled in a public setting, you know what to do.

This reminds me of some drunk drugged Darwinist from University who stood 2 storeys up during a Rave among us 'stoopid' people (who never went to Uni) and threatened to commit suicide by jumping to his death.
We all shouted and cheered "Jump! Jump! Jump!"
And he did. Splat!
We cheered louder and turned up the music and partied on.
Survival of the Free Thinkers - we who don't get told what to do.

I think I've just seen one of the most bizarre arguments ever.

"I could save the world, but if someone I don't like promises not to be a mod, I won't."

Why are you using this against me?

I said I DO not want to be moderator of your forum and even voted for Brian Ross.

At the beginning I was leading the vote count until I said I will not accept the position.

Just observing that the more fuss you make about Brian, the higher his vote goes.

There might be a lesson in there somewhere?

Which in my opinion is what we need!

Redneck is expressing a desire for more bigots and racists on Ozpolitic?

Ozpolitic needs more bigots and racists? Really? It would probably provoke cannibalism among Ozpolitic bigots and racists who tear each other apart to prove themselves the biggest bigot and the most racist racist.

Please don't thank me. Effusive fawning and obeisance of disciples, mendicants, and foot-kissers embarrass me.

No.

There's five posters on here and about ten duplicates.

There is no lesson to be learned. I was winning 5-4 and stated it was against my wishes to be included.

The lesson is what exactly?

You are of the mind that a military imposter is a good leader of the defence board? You are of the mind that someone who has been proven wrong with every single statement they've made is a good leader for this board?

What does that tell you about the demographic?

What does that tell you about yourself and your motivations?

LOL

depends if you take the first sentence as the thing to be in need.

A lot like the odd punctuation / missing punctuation dilemma?

e.g

"Don't let hard housework kill your wife, let electricity do it!"

Look if you can't handle my opinion and need to use ad hominems and slander and ridicule and skew votes, and put Brian in......

I'm going to talk to the youth about how I feel about China and dead babies. If that affects future generations and their voting habits and value system so be it. It will be unrestrained.

Or Brian can withdraw. And I can be contained in this arena and not amongst the youth and future of tomorrow.

Otherwise I will leave and do my penance in public every day.

That's quite a claim!  Shocked

I reckon your whinging is just showing us all that there is a reverse psychology to hearing someone whinge.

A bit like Pauline Hanson?

...

The more she whinges, the more people turn off her. That sort of thing.  Wink

And to increase to legitimacy of my preaching, I will inform the audience of my government and military associations and explain how the military has left me considering I am going to hell when I die, all the lies they tell and the way they manipulate people.

Or it can be contained here.

Read this as:

Brian f.uck off or you lose. Really lose.
