That is the main 'grievance' i think, which we on the right of politics on the well reasoned side of this argument, would point to, as deserving of goal time for Jussie Smollett,
if he had been convicted, in a court.

Just to clarify: has he been convicted?

A simple yes or no will suffice.

That said, if what Smollett is accused of is real, then this is an absolute disgrace. Left or Right, breaking the law is unacceptable, especially when there could have been such dire consequences.

When it looked like he was going to jail for the rest of his life all of a sudden.. the case was "settled"

in other words..

he paid off 30 girls ( I think it was) to settle out of court ...

Case Closed, Documents Sealed.

so then there was a legal challenge to release the documents of this case under FOI...

but then came a challenge by 2 people saying it may cause embarrassment....

but by US law this is not a legal challenge as documents have to be released no matter who you are, who you think you are, or if it causes you embarrassment or not..

the Judge presiding over the trial suddenly dropped dead.. coincidence?

So who else has names are on the court documents ??
