oh come on mothra... its a cheap shot  using a word like Crusader and linking it to Christchurch   thats bloody insulting  I am sure the victims families  will feel so much better for some brightspark. thinking that up...

I don't see how it's insulting.

An overreaction perhaps, but not insulting.

At least, that is certainly not the intent.

How the hell would you know the intent?

Have the Christchurch Muslims come out with a complaint about the team name?

If not..... it should not have even been raised in the first place.

Just some guilt ridden virtue signalling idiot bring more unwarranted attention to the whole shocking incident.

You claim i don't know the intent, then go on to ascribe your own.

Even more interesting is that your ascribed intent is the same as the one i chose ... i just used less inflammatory terminology.

Well bully for you..... I didn't actually ascribe any intent of the suggestion.

I ascribed my opinion as to the suggestion/ idea of changing the name and of the numpty or numpties that have made it.

A priority? Is it? Don't you think you're being a tad hysterical?

So far we have ONE politician who has welcomed talks about changing the name.

Quote:
A senior New Zealand politician has welcomed discussions to change the name of the Super Rugby champion Crusaders team in the wake of the Christchurch massacre.

I think you need to take a Bex and have a lie down

Farcough Neddy..... that a politician has even mentioned it / or suggested or has taken it on board after it being suggested by some limp wristed lefty like you ...now ... in this short time frame is just BS.

If Anyone is in need of taking a powder it's you.

John is right. You do get very agitated.

I wonder if you ever reread your posts?

Well it seems one such as yourself feigning the cool, calm and collected can be an agitation because it's hard to believe you would ascribe to nonsense like this.....

I'm glad you are so concerned.... there's no pretence in what I post.

why wouldn't a politician mention it? You do know they want people to vote for them, right? To do that they jump on whatever issues they feel are more likely to get people to vote for them. Who do you think will get more votes this week? that NZ minister who welcomed talks, or the bastion of the far right, Senator Anning?

Cheesy Cheesy

A very disturbing appalling use of tradgedy to chase votes if that what it is on eithers part.

I don't think you know what you're talking about.

What Ruby players have been accused of or charged with rape?

Rape, sexual assault, drink driving, physical assault - Jesus!

Solomona Silipa

Jack de Belin

September: Bulldogs players charged and fined for obscene behaviour during Mad Monday celebrations

September: Jarryd Hayne charged with aggravated sexual assault of a woman in the NSW Hunter on NRL grand final night

October: Greg Inglis charged with drink-driving and speeding, stripped of Australian captaincy

November: Wests Tigers' Zane Musgrove and Penrith's Liam Coleman charged with indecently assaulting a woman at a Coogee hotel

December: Manly's Dylan Walker charged with common assault of fiancee

December: Dragons' Jack de Belin charged with aggravated sexual assault of a 19-year-old woman

December: Wests Tigers' Micheal Chee Kam charged with punching an Uber driver

January: Cowboys' Scott Bolton pleads guilty to common assault

January: Lewd videos leaked of Roosters' Dylan Napa engaged in sex acts

February: Ben Barba sacked over casino CCTV of alleged domestic violence against his wife

Grin like I said you don't know what you're talking about....... they are Rugby League(NRL) players.

Rugby is short for Rugby Union....started at the Rugby school in the U.K.

It's also called Rah Rah because it's played at most exclusive private schools.

That's right GNADS.
Rugby is the word used most to describe Rugby Union,
not 'League' or 'footy'. Rugby Union people never referred to their Code as "Footy", at the most it was 'Football' - but that was most so in regards to the 'football' itself.

Forgive Peckerhead. He lives over in WA and knows a lot about the NRedneckL  Wink

Yeah I know you're both GayFL fans.  Tongue
