Your proposal is simply a pay rise of c for everybody in the nation. Who pays for it.

The real solution is policies that lift productivity off the floor where it has been headed for almost two decades. A slow and painful death that only gets noticed when everything has already turned to shite.

What i want to argue is that it is less about wage rise due to productivity gains, but that the current wage level bar has been set low and needs to be risen, after which it follows productivity gain.
