my daughter was a strict vegan - she is one of the many now distancing themselves from extreme vegan movement- to the point she is no longer vegan-

There are lunatics out there who say the most violent disgusting things in the name of veganism- are also promoting the neo nazi agenda a bridge too far for her - touting it as a religion even- she has wiped her hands of the whole thing and is pleased about it

A lot of people are changing there diet to a more healthier form and they way for the Vegans to approach their cause is via sending a positive message about their diet, being militant our way us the only way surely doesn't help their cause ...albeit there are some aspects about dairy farming which is hard on the animals and the environment.
