A car clipped my wife's drivers side mirror at the weekend. All the housing was totally undamaged, just the glass broken.

I got a replacement glass off eBay and popped it right in. $20

The flush valve in the onsuite dunny was broken.

Watched a video on YouTube, it took 5 mins to remove and 5 min to replace with a new one.
