Get Up is in fact Independent, it just so happens at this point in time their policies aline with these 2 parties, who knows after the drubbing expected come May & the lack of old guard LNP pollies, the Liberals just might update their agenda from the 1800's to modern day ideas & then Get Up may campaign for them against the incumbent if their policies offer a better deal on the environment or better social outcomes.

Yes because at that time the Unions & Get Up where campaigning against the penalty rate cut, again their outlooks on a government policy aligned.

Seeing the outcome of the policy it would be clear to all thinking people that their influence is not as substantial as you knuckle heads would have us believe.

Get Up are an Independent political organisation & anyone be it individual or group can choose to fund them.

Working on your assumption the LNP existed way before the IPA & their policies align on a lot of things, therefore IPA donations to the liberal party are tainted to say the least.

That is backwards to what I said. The Labor Party pre-existed Get Up. Logically then
then the LNP, which pre-existed the IPA, should be giving donations to the IPA.
