Sick bastards..... no sympathy for these killers....and a quick death is probably better than a life in Yemeni prisons.... they must have known what they'd get.  Death penalty doesn't deter crime...

Why shoot them in the back ?

when there's a far more appropriate location for the bullet

Back of the head?  The photo shows before the shootings, not the actual shootings... it'd be the back of the head.

A true eye for an eye would mean they'd have their throats cut and have a little time to think about it.... a bullet to the head is merciful by comparison with what they did to that boy.  Older punishments like hanging, drawing and quartering left the victim time to think about every part of it.... not just the lead-up to the moment, which is bad enough.

Hanging has more drama -
especially with the drums beating beforehand.

Good few years ago, in our news, it reported that three guys had sodomised two young boys and thrown them over a cliff

mid east

The authorities took the sodomites up onto the same cliff and threw them off, left them for the buzzards

so they have a history of dealing with these crimes

Same token, a young girl was repeatedly raped -- same region from memory -- by a married man, father, for whom she worked as a slave or something similar

The authorities refused to accept her story because she didn't have five men of her religion to back her

It was in the news and would still be online somewhere

The girl, in her early teens, pregnant by her rapist, was strung up in the market square and publicly hanged

Her father was among the witnessed gathered for the spectacle

a photographer captured the rapist as he casually smoked and watched the girl die with his own child inside her

Their even older retaliation was Death of a Thousand Cuts in which the enemy was slashed daily, left out in the sun.  And the women stood over them, lifted their skirts and pissed on the cuts.  And that was for being merely one of the enemy

some say it continues to this day

Ah, yes - that's a good one... then there was the one where the miscreant was fed lots of honey, smeared with it, then trapped in a cage lying down.... honey made him excrete, which drew flies, and the honey drew insects, and the miscreant was slowly eaten alive by maggots, ants and such....

why anyone would even want to talk about this   amazes me....its horrible but it isnt our country.. we can do nothing about this....ONLY THE UN  can change anything   and from what I read they just turn a blind eye...

maybe they will join you guys in those cages. Angry

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_Asia#Yemen

Quote:
Any kind of sexual activity outside marriage is illegal in Yemen. Until recently, Yemeni law set the age of consent at 15. But tribal customs often trump the law. In practice, "Yemeni law allows girls of any age to wed, but it forbids sex with them until the indefinite time they’re 'suitable for sexual intercourse.'"[96] In 1999, the minimum marriage age of fifteen for women, rarely enforced, was abolished; the onset of puberty, interpreted by ulama to be at the age of nine, was set as a requirement for consummation of marriage.

So basically Yemen will publicly execute these pedophiles, but pedophiles who follow Muhammad's lead get to legally rape captured children every day.

Where do you think they got the age of 9 from? Muslims have redefined puberty to avoid labeling Muhammad a pedophile, and children are being raped every day as a result.

Arguable.

But the death penalty,           it does stop recidivism, 100%.             Smiley

Dictionary;
recidivist = = a convicted criminal who reoffends.

One of the best excuses for avoiding Justice. In a case like this justice is obviously seen to be done but the question remains was it ? Were these guys guilty or just convenient as often can be the case.

Justice should be done. no excuses.
