Do you get enough sleep, Greggy?  Sometimes you seem rather strung out.

Whoooo, this could be serious.

Without enough sleep, your brain and body systems won’t function normally. It can also dramatically lower your quality of life.

During sleep, our body can better attend to 'housekeeping' and repair.  [than when we are awake and physically active]

The cleaner [less toxic] our body and blood, the less sleep we need [for the 'housekeeping' and repair].

Those with a toxic body and with toxic blood need more sleep, and are those ppl who always complain that they are 'always tired' [without energy].

"The menstrual cycle is the hormonal process a woman's body goes through each month to prepare for a possible pregnancy."

Commensurately...
Women who have very 'heavy' painful periods with dark discharge, this is an indication of a heavy toxin load, in their body.

[Some] Women who have almost 'clear' fluid discharge in their period, this is an indication of much less toxin load and healthier blood.
