Tennis is a bad game to play.
It relies on you being able to change direction very quickly.
That puts huge strain on your: ankles, knees & your hip.
Too many players end up with appalling injuries that
cause them a lifetime of suffering.
Don't encourage anyone to play tennis.
Oh harden up princess. Tennis is a great game.
Most sports will be hard on the body....that's the idea.
You're assuming that the human body was designed to
take constant huge changes in direction with
massive forces on the ankles, knees & hip.
It's not - simple as that.
That sort of "exercise" will leave you in a wheel chair -
it's completely idiotic.
Heaven forbid that you can make millions of dollars, destroying your body.
Tell that to miners who die from black lung
Tell that to kitchen top manufacturers who get silicosis.
Tell that to tilers who destroy their knees and backs
Tell that to labourers who destroy their backs
Tell that to nurses, who destroy their backs
Every job has issues, he'll, look at public servants, they loose any intelligence they have.
And politicians have to sell their souls to the devil.
But few pay the big bucks sportsmen and women get.
Whinge, whinge , whinge
That's all these poor babys can do
"Oh, my life is so hard, living on millions while working a few hours a week. Oh Im so hard done by"
No time for them at all.
