Denise Coates, the billionaire founder and boss of gambling firm Bet365, paid herself £217m last year as her company made a £525m profit from a record £47bn of bets.

The 50-year-old, who started Bet365 in a Portakabin in a Stoke car park 17 years ago, is now the best-paid boss in Britain, dwarfing previous titleholder ad man Sir Martin Sorrell on £48m.

Coates’s £199,305,000 pay this year is more than 1,300 times that of the prime minister and more than double the wage bill of Stoke City, the Premier League club owned by Bet365. On top of the £199m, Coates collected £18m in dividend payments.

Coates started out as cashier, marking up results in a small number of betting shops....

thats close to a 1/2 billion dollars pay this year.

it illustrates so many points.

1 the fat steves and fat janeens try to get rich the easy way by winning the lottery. the easy way is never the right way.

2 she achieved this massive success , not by scamming the system or stomping on heads but simply by being a superior woman

3 fat steve and fat janeen , who undoubtedly voluntarily lost money on gambling , feel a sense of bitterness and resentment that this champion earned 500 million dollars in a year.

4 the mainstream media are more then happy to stoke the fires of jealousy and call her pay obscene

5 from those who have little , even that will be taken. to those who have much, more will be given.
this is not Mrs Coates fault. it is a law of the universe

6 people are assembled into a pyramid with lots of people durping around at the bottom and very few climbing to the top

7 she started as a cashier. she was not "cut from a different cloth". she merely took action, where others did not

8 the narrow road to success is rarely trod.

9 read her story and analyse your emotional response....if you feel a dislike for Mrs Coates, then your future is probably screwed. if you feel inspired and would love to meet her and pick her brain, you are already on the "narrow road to success"

can a homeless person find a home.

certainly the average house in OZ has 3 to 4 bedrooms and the average number of people per house is 1.6, so there is more then enough beds for all.

but the homeless person doesnt really understand social interactions.
he is living in extreme scarcity and his whole view of the world is that he needs to "take" more to move up.
thats no different to steve and janeen wanting to win the lottery.

i have literally lost count of the number of people who i know who have a labourer who is a bit of a misfit helping out on their farm
but they got there by helping out.

you give and you will recieve
you take and you will not recieve

its as simple as that.

homelessness could be solved by next monday but it would require a paradigm shift

it probably requires laser like focus to build a company to such success that you get a 500 million dollar pay cheque.

she probably has to deal with 1000's of employees
all the government regulation
100's of lawsuits
legal teams
marketing
accounting
government

she probably has to do heaps of travel
she has to negotiate in numerous countries and understand the nuance
and there are 100's of competitors trying to take her out.
she probably has cortisol and adrenaline running in her veins 24/7

i'm not even saying its worth it Wink

but i find it funny that she has got to the pinnacle thru the voluntary contributions of literally millions of "losers" who thought they could get millions of dollars by gambling.
and they would just see her as some spoilt rich bitch, sitting on a yacht sipping champagne.

there are just very very few elite , laser focused , dominators and a lot of people stuck in the haze

You have to have the right mind-set to achieve such wealth in gambling.
I'm pretty sure she was a LOSER in a lot of things, hence why she found herself down and out in a car park.
But once she came to know and accept her failings and lack of, in the world... she then focused on her 'success' and it happen to come by way of a Betting business.

Now the difference of her becoming a success with an idea and other's not - was DEDICATION!

She SOLD HER SOUL to her Betting Business and threw EVERYTHING on line to make it happen. It wasn't a 'gamble' - it was basically, knowing she would succeed if she gave it her all. The more she gave, the more she was rewarded.

My god, how much legislation, paperwork, hiring people, over-heads, tax and all that BORING stuff that comes with any business idea... her life is now ruled and imprisoned by all that money making wealth. The life she once knew (back before the car park) is now long gone.

Anyone can make it rich, especially if their priority is taking the 'money' and not the 'sex' instead.

An alcoholic gave up the drink for his family and was a millionaire in 2 years. A lifetime of a slab a day and then suddenly, within just a change of a few days - he TRANSFERRED that addictive INTENSITY from alcohol into 'money' making for his family.

ALPHA means many things.
The Poor Man may be 'Beta' when it comes to money, but with his 10 kids and loving family environment, he is definately the 'ALPHA' of love, over the 'Beta' male of money.

Richard Branson was poor and struggling with some failing magazine, when he decided to try a 'Record' label: VIRGIN RECORDS, but the only person willing to sign with him was MIKE OLDFIELD and his album TUBULAR BELLS.
...the rest is history and Branson became a millionaire.

people who are at the "effect" are not.

when donald or this lass start a business they have already won.
they will either succeed and win or they will fail and then when you fail often enough, you learn what NOT to do, which is akin to winning.
so action = heroism.

even if they were to win the lottery, it would all evaporate becasue they arent into taking the correct sorts of action.

trump could easily have been fat steve.
he could have retired to the golf course and stimulated himself with women and food and cocaine til he died. thats what most rich people who have lost momentum do. thats what most people who are "just done" do.

but trump voluntarily put himself up to have literally millions of people use mob mentality and social pressure to try to take him out.
as a 70 yo he voluntarily got back in the ring and took on the might of the establishment.
