Just read something weird on Facebook- a family said they go walking through the cemetary on xmas day to say hello to the family- it sounds a bit weird- Im not sure- never heard of this before but they had been doing it for a long while by the sound of it

Obviously a Christian rite. Filthy pagans would do it at the start of Samhain, that's when the worlds of the living and the dead are at their closest.

Picnics in funerals was a Victorian custom. Today, not so much.
