India may well have won a series in Australia back when our test team was actually our third best selection. (World Series Cricket)

Tony Mann the West Australian leg spinner came out to bat and made 105 (I think) and Australia won the test.
It was a great innings against the Indian spinners.
He was using his feet to get down the wicket, brilliant innings that decided the series.

Melbourne Test is at neutral.  Only two wickets and nowhere near 300 runs.

I am saying this will be a draw and we win in Sydney.

In days gone by, Australia would have had the other team done within a day, and then set a big score for the opponent to not even be able to get the Australians bat again. We can't blame the sandpaper incident. This has been not happening for the last few years. What happened?

Random low bounce is a problem.  However, with three days to go and India a tad over 400...Virat has made it a game....if he can get us out cheap tomorrow.  If Australia is 300 for only say 3 wickets at end of tomorrow's play.... Draw.

It's been a boring game in Melbourne.

India should have declared after lunch &
tried to bowl the Aussies out by the finish of today.
Now they have set up a likely draw.

Not if we lose two more today, which looks likely given the turn....we just lost Marsh on last ball before lunch.

But remember we're half way through a 5 day match.
Only 1 side as batted when by now at least both sides should have batted.

I doubt India will need to bat again.  It looks like a follow on to me, and a likely loss.
