Lee Harvey Oswald shot the first and final (kill) shots. There was someone behind a fence that shot the second shot, I think hitting the other male passenger in the Lincoln.

The bodyguard was in on the assassination and played the hero-homocidalist protector of Jackie Kennedy very well.

Have you watched the time travel drama based on the JFK assassination, called 11.22.63? James Franco directed and starred. It is quite a good tv series.
