Don't ask me.
I'm still using a Tandy TSR-80 and load my programs by cassette recorder.
Anyone for some Hanimex Table-Tennis? I still have that.
I just love the glow lettering on a dark screen with chunky buttons that make the 'click' sound when typing.

TRS-80. A bit of dyslexia from the glow. 40 years later the z80 core is still used in current offerings.

56 44= 100. I put some work into the type of broadband connection I wanted and I opted for cable. It has the stability I want and the speed is OK. So far the NBN circus hasn't arrived in my part of the Hills area of Sydney but I have been put on notice that I can expect the NBN caravan to arrive in Dec/Jan. It's cable for Saladin (the Expected One).

I'm on HFC via Foxtel cable.

Since I was plum in the middle of two exchanges and about 5 km away from each, I had crappy ADSL speeds, but since going HFC NBN I receive 50 / 20 speed and so far (about 8 months) all is well - apart from a few days early on where I had some drop-outs for an hour or so a few times.

The NBN can far cough.  What I have now works.  I don't need or want the NBN but I fear it will be forced on to me soon enough.  The only upside is that the node is not too far away from me.
