So therefore Muslims in Australia wouldn't be patriotic to Australia when our govt sends our military to fight Muslims in other countries. They hold up signs saying "Behead those who hate muslims", "Islam doesn't include democracy", "We will take over the world" What chance has the govt got of pacifying those belligerents among us, for all time? or do you have a magical formula? Again, you are giving into the propaganda of our extreme nationalists, and the terrorists. They wanted you to believe that Islam does not include democracy. But its not true. By far, the majority of our muslim citizens are law abiding people. Even the maverick senator from QLD - Bob Katter helped to extend the stay of a muslim religious leader for his community, and he called his muslim community good folks. The minute you give into the terrorist idea that its muslims vs non muslims, then the terrorist would be happy with a smirk, and they would have achieved their goal. My friend, the terrorist.. they WANT a war. They WANT us to hate our own neighbours. They are really really scared that the muslims in the West would embrace democracy, and suddenly their own basis of religious war would fall into bits and pieces. I do not know how you and the others do not see that. What they fear the most is the simple act of us being friend with our fellow muslim Australians. Can I take that to be your magic formula? Wipe out Muslim terrorism in the rest of the world then all will be peaceful in Australia, is that what you're saying?, no more Muslim murders in Melbourne or anywhere else in Australia - can we count on it? and how long will it take There is no magic formula bias. Human conflicts never stopped, not in the past, not now, and very unlikely in our lifetime. What you are seeing on surface: terrorism, are just very minor effect of global power struggles, currently between USA lead Western alliance, the Russians and the Chinese. If you stop, and read into details, how the middle East come to the situation that is today, the origin of the Saudi family, the source of ISIS and conflict in Syria, Iran, and Iraq. The origin of Al QAEDA and conflicts in Afghanistan, perhaps you will began to understand. Look, it is easy to just put everything down to: Islam. This is what people do, when they are confused, or scared, people just wanted a quick short answer. Well, Bias, I can guarantee that even if there is an amazing technology, that with a push of button, Islam just wipe from face of the Earth. Then you can be sure that in space of a few years, a new 'religion', or 'idealogy', will take its place, and the cycle of violence began once again. So you're prepared to accept then that there may be more murders and terrorism by Muslims in Australia and you won't find cause to question that standpoint, and it's something we just have to put up with until it stops - Am I reading you correctly?
