The imposter Vic Labor "Govt" is on its last legs not to mention the Black African Terrorists terrorizing Melbourne for years.Victoria’s Labor Slammed Over Rising Taxes Author: The Australian Tribune with AAP 05/11/2018
In 1789 Benjamin Franklin famously wrote, ‘In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes’.229 years later, Victorians know the truth of this all too well. According to a new political ad from the Liberal party, Victoria is the highest taxed state in Australia.
And Victorians will pay even more tax if a Daniel Andrews government is re-elected, according to the state’s Liberal party, which launched a new attack ad targeting taxes.
The ads will air from Sunday night and will target the premier, claiming he ‘hammered’ people with nine new taxes.
‘Victorians have seen nine new and three increased taxes in the last four years under Daniel Andrews,’ Liberal shadow treasurer Michael O’Brien said on Sunday afternoon.
‘Victoria is now the highest taxed state in the country and the cost of living is out of control because Daniel Andrews has lost control,’ he said. But the Liberal government has yet to release its costing for major infrastructure projects including faster regional rail.
Mr O’Brien said the costings would be released a few days prior to the election once the party had made all of its election announcements.
Opposition Leader Matthew Guy also announced he would roll out 4000 Tasers for Victoria Police to tackle rising crime.
Meanwhile, the state government promised to spend $150 million to create new parklands across suburbs including Officer, Clyde, Craigieburn, South Morang and Carrum.
The popular Seaford Wetlands will also get $5 million in funding to go towards landscaping, environmental works with upgrades to walking paths and other facilities.
‘Some of my favourite memories are heading down to Ross Reserve in Noble Park with Cath and the kids. No matter where you live, every family should have a local park to enjoy,’ Mr Andrews said on Sunday.
Labor would also spend another $10 million to upgrade existing suburban parks with playgrounds, landscaping, toilets and new facilities.
The announcements come as all parties work to try and lure voters for the election on 24 November.
