Imposter Vic Labor "Govt" Corruption unlimited

Now go figure this one! Daniel feels empowered and has decided to twist the tail of the Dragon. Is the man actually crazy or stupid?

What is not understood here by the Premier. China is not a Santa Claus, China is investing ‘a long term’, as our money advisors like to say.

And how comes that our Federal government can not do anything about it.

What beats me is that Westerners want to play with the cards on the table face up, yet allowing dubious opponents to keep their cards to their chest.

The temporary imposter Vic Labor "Govt" is on its last legs.

Did Daniel Andrews Give China a Backdoor into Victoria?
Author: The Australian Tribune with AAP 08/11/2018

...

Victoria’s Premier Daniel Andrews remains defiant on the secret infrastructure deal his Labor government struck with China. The voters — and the federal government — we’re told, should just trust him.

...
But Centre Alliance’s Rex Patrick, among others, wants to know the finer details.

Patrick is preparing to spark a Senate inquiry into the deal, as well as Australia’s approach to China’s infrastructure plans, when the upper house sits in Canberra on Monday.

‘The lack of effective consultation between Australian and Victorian governments is a worry,’ Senator Patrick said.

‘The Victorian government’s initiative highlights the urgent need for a wide-ranging review of Australia’s approach to China’s massive international infrastructure plans which are designed to expand China’s power and influence.’

Senator Patrick expects a vote for an inquiry to occur on Tuesday and hopes a report is published before the federal election.

‘We need to bring together the full range of strategic, diplomatic, economic and trade perspectives on this complex issue, with opportunities for all stakeholders and interested groups to contribute their assessments and views,’ he said.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has blasted Victoria’s Labor premier for inking the deal, saying foreign policy decisions are the Commonwealth’s domain.

...
Daniel Andrews, who faces a state election later this month, has refused to release details of the confidential deal.

What Was He Thinking? Andrews’ Secret Deal with China Slammed
Author: The Australian Tribune with AAP 07/11/2018

...
Temporary PM of Victoria

It’s unclear how much voter backlash Labor will face in Victoria’s upcoming elections. But Labor Premier Daniel Andrews’ secret infrastructure deal with the Chinese government has raised hackles in Canberra.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has upped the political ante against Andrews for forging ahead without consulting the federal government, or apparently even many of his own Labor colleagues.

Morrison says foreign policy is the Commonwealth’s domain and the premier should have checked with him first.

‘I mean, I’d like to give him a few tips on how he should be running his police force down there, because if you’re living in Victoria, he hasn’t been doing a pretty crash hot job on that,’ he told Sydney radio station 2GB.

‘If he wants to start going over each other’s lines and giving advice about how we should run each other’s shows, how about having a police force in Victoria like the one we have in NSW?

‘That might do a lot to give safety to people in Victoria.’

The prime minister said Australia had for years maintained a consistent policy on the Belt and Road Initiative, and did not have a memorandum of understanding with China on the global infrastructure project.

‘We’ve always had a very consistent position on this and we’ve always been clear about it,’ he said.

‘When these things happen then that creates mixed messages, and it would’ve been helpful if they (Victoria) had been a bit more engaging on that.’

The Victorian premier has refused to release details of the confidential deal.

‘He should be upfront with the Victorian electors, I mean, he’s in the middle of an election at the moment and he doesn’t seem to have even explained it to his own Labor colleagues,’ Mr Morrison said.

Victoria’s Labor Slammed Over Rising Taxes
Author: The Australian Tribune with AAP 05/11/2018

...

In 1789 Benjamin Franklin famously wrote, ‘In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes’.

229 years later, Victorians know the truth of this all too well. According to a new political ad from the Liberal party, Victoria is the highest taxed state in Australia.

And Victorians will pay even more tax if a Daniel Andrews government is re-elected, according to the state’s Liberal party, which launched a new attack ad targeting taxes.

The ads will air from Sunday night and will target the premier, claiming he ‘hammered’ people with nine new taxes.

‘Victorians have seen nine new and three increased taxes in the last four years under Daniel Andrews,’ Liberal shadow treasurer Michael O’Brien said on Sunday afternoon.

‘Victoria is now the highest taxed state in the country and the cost of living is out of control because Daniel Andrews has lost control,’ he said.

But the Liberal government has yet to release its costing for major infrastructure projects including faster regional rail.

Mr O’Brien said the costings would be released a few days prior to the election once the party had made all of its election announcements.

Opposition Leader Matthew Guy also announced he would roll out 4000 Tasers for Victoria Police to tackle rising crime.

Meanwhile, the state government promised to spend $150 million to create new parklands across suburbs including Officer, Clyde, Craigieburn, South Morang and Carrum.

The popular Seaford Wetlands will also get $5 million in funding to go towards landscaping, environmental works with upgrades to walking paths and other facilities.

‘Some of my favourite memories are heading down to Ross Reserve in Noble Park with Cath and the kids. No matter where you live, every family should have a local park to enjoy,’ Mr Andrews said on Sunday.

Labor would also spend another $10 million to upgrade existing suburban parks with playgrounds, landscaping, toilets and new facilities.

The announcements come as all parties work to try and lure voters for the election on 24 November.
