However given the role Liberal MP Elliot had over this, not being apologetic and unpunished, voter backlash on libs will likely be higher than on labs.

It was always going to be political suicide as soon as it became public.

what foley did was dreadful.....and its a sad day its been covered up so long.....

I would think decent people are glad he has been outed.....

why should Elliot be punished????. for gods sakes would you say that if Foley was the Lib leader.....

exactly the man lied on his NOMINATION FORM when he went for the leadership....

he had two drink driving CONVICTIONS he failed to mention...

and then they let him RESIGN.....no disgrace there....what a lot of hypocrites they really are...

hes still in parliament picking up his mighty pay packet..grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

would he get away with that in the private sector???????
