Wow, the misogyny on this site is strong.  Shocked

She is actually from the Christian Democrats party (hardly a "left wing" organisation.)

Has been Chancellor of Germany since 2005 so has had an exceptionally good run and has overseen the growth of Germany into an economic superpower. Also a compassionate leader unlike the "scum" we have down under.

She will be sadly missed.  Sad

She is the most harmful person to Europe since WWII.....although her actions might yet prove to be worse.

Hyperbole alert.

Lol, because only pasta freaks are allowed to get hyperbolic on this forum lol  Grin

No such claim was made.

I asked whats wrong with being childless and you replied that if everyone did it the species would go extinct - as if that was an answer to my question. That is making a claim - unless you want to answer the question again?

Spot

I'm still trying to figure out what the problem is.

The human species becomes extinct - so what?

Surely the planet, and the animals, will be better off.

I just don't see an issue.

I hate to say it

But for once I agree with you.

It would be better for the world and quite possibly the u diverse if humans became extinct.

I disagree, we may be the only life form in the universe and look how far we have come from a single cell organism, we have space ships that have left our solar system. If we can stick around long enough we may be able to send organisms to other inhabitable planets ensuring life has a chance elsewhere otherwise the universe may become lifeless forever.

Doubt that will happen. Govts dont want that to happen. They want us trapped here paying them taxes. And the religious ppl willkill us alloff long before.

Spot

Religious people are retarding civilisation and if they get to control society I agree with you.

How are religious people retarding civilisation when they made it?

Do you even know what civilisation is?

We're not talking about everyone being killed by some plague, or major catastrophe, or anything like that.

We're discussing the prospect of women never having children, which would ultimately result in the human race becoming extinct.

My question is, why would that be a bad thing?

Nobody seems to have a sensible answer.

And, why would it be a bad thing if there was no life anywhere in the universe - ever?

We get it, you are incapable of understanding that some people, many in fact, enjoy life.

It's unfortunate imo you can't comprehend concepts like happiness. We won't judge you for that which you can't comprehend.

If a woman doesn't give birth to a child, there is no child to enjoy life.

There is no one to experience happiness.

What part of that don't you understand?

If women all over the world stopped having children, and the remaining humans on Earth lived out their lives as normal, the human race would eventually become extinct.

My question is, why is that a bad thing?

You still haven't come up with an answer.

What the heck is wrong with being childless?

If everyone did it the species would go extinct, theres that.

Everyone doesnt do it though do they

No such claim was made.

I asked whats wrong with being childless and you replied that if everyone did it the species would go extinct - as if that was an answer to my question. That is making a claim - unless you want to answer the question again?

And why is that a problem?

xeej?

Some people enjoy life, you wouldn't understand.

You clearly never experienced the joy and happiness life brings.

You have to be born in order to experience joy and happiness.

You have to actually exist.

So, if women stopped having babies (thus the babies don't exist), and the human race became extinct, where's the problem?

You still haven't come up with an answer.

I did answer, you just can't comprehend what the joy and happiness of life is.

Have you had a frontal lobotomy at any point?
