Are you saying that the climate changes by itself?

I am saying no one knows.

You were the one who highlighted the quote in your OP

exactly right. And the answer is still the same "no on knows".

You are a jellyfish lee
Too spineless to state your position on anything, just happy to snipe at others who do.
This is why it is a complete waste of time trying to have an honest debate with you

Barny,
there's no need to get personal.
The climate has always changed and no one is completely sure why.

You've spent 361 pages in the Ice Age thread saying something different

Really? He perhaps talks of one possible link. You have provided nothing.  Don't you have any belief in something? Anything? that may impact climate?

I'm perplexed why you and lee would make such a big deal about this quote
It's a fact

Can you back up your "fact" with evidence, or do you live in an evidence free zone?

It doesn't seem like it. Merely whinging away.

Whinging isn't debate.

For instance changing wind patterns have been accused of being responsible for less rainfall in Australia. It has been blamed on climate change.

Changing wind patterns will change the climate. Which came first the change in climate or the changed wind pattern? What causes changed wind patterns?

Australia has suffered these changing wind patterns in the past, even before CO2 was a problem.

Climate has changed in the past, yet according to ice core data, which has its own limitations, CO2 until very recently, had been stable for  thousands of years. What caused those climate fluctuations?

...

Simply using rainfall data from the 1970's is bogus.
