In the Blink of An Eye

A very good docu-movie that looks at birth, life and death through the eyes of three different times of evolution.   It starts off in the Neaderthal period, then the current period and finally the future, showing how the past, present and future interweave with each other
Starts off a bit slow, and is confusing for the first 15 minutes or so as the story establishes, but overall, a good movie for a rainy day

We Bury the Dead

After a catastrophic military disaster, where the USA have accidently nuked the East Coast Of Tassmania the dead don't just rise - they hunt. The military insists they are harmless and slow-moving, offering hope to grieving families. But when Ava enters a quarantine zone in Hobart searching for her missing husband, she uncovers the horrifying truth: the undead are growing more violent, more relentless, and more dangerous with every passing hour.

If you can handle the extreme level of bad language, Devonport Airport suddenly able to take Antinovs and a lot of AI and a “as usual” depiction of zombies, flesh eating people from Hobart and a setting that looks more like the Outback than green Tassie, then you are a better man than I.  Save your money or at least wait till a screening service buys it to show in the middle of the night.

APEX

On Netflix.

Not bad. Poor old Eric Bana had a pretty short role.

Charlize Theron is a muscly gal these days!  Shocked

The Mandalorian and Grogu

Not bad. But not great. Fans of "The Mandalorian" will like this movie. But, as a warning to the not so fanbased audience, "The Mandalorian and Grogu" is more like a big budget, 4 episodes of "The Mandalorian" with better special effects.

I actually fell asleep at the midpoint of the movie, and I missed about 10 to 15 minutes of the movie. But, I will not pay another $21 to go see the movie again. I will wait until I can watch it online.
