The reason they are not investigating is because of the Statute of Limitations and no other reason. If they are asked to investigate in regards to a background check on Kavanaugh, that is different.

Why is it that Trumptards make the most insulting and ludicrous claims about Obama, but any credible claim against Trump or a trum p appointee is somehow beyond the pale?
