The Superior Man
Sep 18th, 2018 at 6:12am

just a short example of the superior efficiency and the "contribution" mode of being of the superior man.

a telling story about the contrast between trump and the swamp dwelling mediocre pencil pushers .
13 years of ineptitude fixed in 4 months  Wink

"central park skating rink debacle"

from wiki .....

In 1974, the Parks and Recreation Department started planning a renovation of the rink, including switching the refrigeration system from brinewater to liquid Freon to lower the operation costs, but plans had to be put in hold due to New York City’s fiscal problems. The rink had to be closed in the winter of 1980 when its concrete floor buckled; at that time, the renovation was estimated to cost up to $4.9 million and to take two years. Due to the necessity of soliciting bids for three separate contracts and a series of planning errors, construction mishaps, and flooding caused by heavy rains, the renovations had not been completed by May 1986 when the city decided to use brinewater in plastic pipes. By that time, $12.9 million had been spent, with an additional $2 to $3 million estimated to complete the work by the winter of 1987.[4][5]

Donald Trump then offered to rebuild the rink at his expense within six months in return for the leases to operate the rink and an adjacent restaurant to recoup his costs. The final agreement was that the city would reimburse him for the costs up to the agreed limit and that he would donate the profits of rink and restaurant to charity and public works.[5][6]  The work was completed two months ahead of schedule and $750,000 under the estimated costs.

People keep on underestimating Trump - at their expense. While others just deny the reality - Trump really is a superior man.

Aqua, this post is simply you running away from your claim that Trump "saved" NYC in the 1970's. Go to that city and see how much support you get for your claims. You will be laffed at then punched in the face.

when people who are at the bottom of the pyramid look up at the successful man, they will ALWAYS feel one of two emotions

1  admiration
2  resentfulness.

thats the harsh reality of the human condition.

i have no doubt that many new yorkers feel resentment for trump.
but , lets face it, he did win the election so there  is still a sprinkling of admirers out there  Wink

he fixed an iconic structure in central park (the most prime real estate in the world).
he fixed it in 4 months and under budget in comparison to the politicians who had 10 years to fix it and could not.

its amazing how efficient the superior man can become  Wink

lol,  obama practices the "timid approach to life"
he is a career bureaucrat.
he is the rabbit.
people dont so much admire the rabbit as think its "nice".
but it cant do anything
all the rabbit can do is get eaten.
the concept that the rabbit is the 'savior of the nation" is evidence of your psychopathology

Oh look aqua its amazing what you left out of wiki

Reportedly, Trump asked his contractors, among them HRH Construction, to also do the work without making a profit, promising them publicity, but never mentioned their contributions afterwards, except in his book Trump: The Art of the Deal.

the lion doesnt acknowledge the rabbit .
why would he?
if the rabbit doesnt get enough attention, then he can take on lion like qualities and enter the brutal world of the superior being.
if he is too timid to do that, then he can get back in his burrow and STFU

The lion should acknowledge those who do the actual work. These aren't rabbits and he isn't a lion. Stop using this animal psychobabble to explain a devleoper ripping off his contractors.

Obama is a self-made man, unlike Trump who would have exactly the same wealth he has today had he simply invested his inheritance ... he is a pathetic businessman, like Howard Hughes, another man who played with daddy's money.

They resent Trump not for his success, but because of how much of their tax dollars he exploited from the coffers.

Plus his attitude epitomises the very worst aspects of a New Yorker, or so I've been told by those who understand what it means to be a New Yorker.

Trump has a superior start in life, but despite that, he still has yet to attain the status of "Superior Man".

But as in beauty, it might be that it is simply in the eye of the beholder.

The traits in a person I would consider making them great, may not be the same for someone like Scoot.

In Scoot, we see those attributes change whenever a claim of his about Trump is debunked, threads get abandoned and new ones started etc.

This is just another example.

There is no doubt that Trump has made a difference, sometimes positive, such as the Ice Skating Rink, but as usual, it came at a cost and you've got to ignore his motivations if you want to consider it part of the makeup of what makes him "superior".

But before I begin, Scoot, do you care about the truth?

Do you care about his motivations or what he's gained from these "charitable" deals?

There is a lot to unpack, from the feud with the Mayor that started it all because Trump wanted a return on his donations to his elections fund which he refused, financial disclosures, details of the deal, contractors he convinced to do the work at cost and not for profit (despite him making a profit), shady donation claims etc.

I don't want to waste my time if you'll just continue to ignore all the facts as usual.
