Which four? The four I know of who are inexplicably banned are Mothra, John Smith, Unforgiven and Monk.

Mothra, Smith, Unforgiven and Monk.....no-one has any definitive idea. Speculation yes, but that is all it is.

No one deserves a permanent ban for getting caught in the web of your Name Game, Aussie. A suspension, yes; a permanent ban, no.
