Hell we could pick a video of ingorant Trump supporters and show worse.
The problem is that you're right, he's a great politician. He knows how to work a crowd and tell them what they want to hear leading to great applause and popularity.
The problem is he's a terrible leader and throughout his career it's been well documented that he wants the praise, the photo off, the adoring fans and applause but has no interest in actually doing the worse to get it and this has directly translated to him having no interest in actually doing the job of running the country.
He just wants to sign bits of paper, get the photo op then lie about how things are instantly so much better, praise be to Trump.
He just wants the applause and praise for a job well done without actually doing the job.
It's been his MO for decades. Lie to investors about how great his plans are and how they'll make more money than they can count, use that money they invest very poorly resulting in an inferior outcome, lie some more claiming the outcome was first class, declare bankruptcy and try again hoping for an even stupider set of investors.
At the moment the latest stupid investors are the Trumptards. Let's hope the next business he bankrupts isn't the American economy, but the numbers don't look good.
Look at the numbers released by the Whitehouse. Unemployment is set rise, the GDP is set to drop and the deficit is set to top 1 Trillion in 2019.
And he's doing nothing to help these areas other than trade wars with one of the US biggest trading partners which is the ONLY reason why the GDP hit the 4.1%. The base rate of that was only 2.7%. Despite Trump's claims of 5% being projected for July-September quarter, nobody is actually projecting that. He's making enemies with the wrong people.
Trump either flat-out lies or exaggerates all of his achievements.
Remember when Trump said,
TRUMP: "We’ve created 3.9 million more jobs since Election Day - so almost 4 million jobs - which is unthinkable."
THE FACTS: It’s not that unthinkable since more jobs were created in the same period before the November 2016 election than afterwards.
It’s true that in the 20 months since Trump’s election, the economy has generated 3.9 million jobs. In the 20 months before his election, however, employers added 4.3 million jobs.
It's just another example of him lying to the people and more proof that he's squandering all the upward trend he inherited.
those 2 statements are mutually exclusive.
nowadays, in the cult of celbrity, if you know how to work a crowd, you are by definition a great leader.
Joe Lunchbox doesnt pay any attention to politics.
his mood when he goes to work is far more infleunced by the temperament of the leader then any policy.
trump gets this.
america is based on the sovereignty of the individual.
thats why his job is to inspire the individual and then set him free.
the all smothering, all embracing, oedipal mother of the "state' which wants to take precedence over the individual is poisonous to the american people.
they LIKE that trump is just dicking around on twitter and not screwing around in their lives
