Slap on the wrist for violent repeat offender
Sep 10th, 2018 at 5:28pm

So this ape who was previously convicted of manslaughter has been allowed to walk for punching a woman in the face in a road rage incident.

No, really?

She was trying to pull Valusaga away from her father when he turned around and palmed her in the face, before punching her.

Here's the manslaughter offense

During the trial, prosecutor Belinda Merrin told the court Valusaga, alongside his brother Leon who had armed himself with an axe, went back to the party and chased Leon's attacker.

When they couldn't catch the attacker, Ms Merrin said they turned on another male at the party.

Ms Merrin said Mr Latu tried to break up the fight by punching Valusaga, and it was then that Valusaga delivered the fatal wound.

The court heard Mr Latu was left with a dent in his spinal column, after the weapon sliced through his internal organs.

Ms Merrin also told the court that the defendant wouldn't have struck where he did unless he intended to inflict grievous bodily harm.

Here's the judge. I this bloke harms yet another person,  should the judge be held responsible?

I bet if she was punched in the face by a big black ape she'd rethink that sentence

There's a great chance this piece of trash will be deported if he doesn't have oz citizenship. Let us see what the future holds.

Unless they overlooked his case. We can only hope.

Not a shallow grave
The worm would crawl out

I have a special punishment in mind for anyone who harms my family.
It involves a chain
My towbar
An isolated country road
And a few litres of petrol

I'd keep the speed down low enough to draw it out for hours.
And when finished
Fed to the pigs

So any pedos on the coast
This is the cost if you touch my kids or grandkids.

"It's amazing that you have not learned from earlier penalties imposed on you," Judge McGinness said."

It's amazing that the courts haven't learned from the earlier offences against him....

He'll do it again.... anyone who goes to a party armed with meat cleavers for revenge is just a murder waiting to happen....

Perhaps the judge could do with a punch in the face - it might change her perspective.

This is why we need more mandatory sentencing - the judiciary are too stupid to do their job.

And this judge should be sentenced on the next one with him.
It's about time society held judges accountable.

The UN-JUST SYSTEM:

The 'Scales of Justice' are not 'equal'.
They are tipped.
Why?

Because of the USA Civil War:

The Confederates (aka Rednecks) have been found guilty of their 'domestic' Crime (re: Blacks)

But the Yankee Unionists (aka Gays) are still free to commit their 'international' Crime (re: Asia).

In other words: Justice has only a 'white collar' or 'Mental' punishment/system.
The 'blue collar' or 'physical' punishment/system has been voided due to the Civil War.

Hence why its Asia & Black (culture & race) not Asia & Africa or Yellow & Black (culture & culture or race & race).

...that is the 'true inequality' of justice.

Grin

where you reside - more rotten apples in one place can't be found.

This kind of weak sentencing is going on all over the country .....  Roll Eyes

Our jails are full to overcrowded.

When I first lived on the Gold Coast, in 1954, it justified the title of Paradise

The southerners stuck out like sore thumbs.  A local wit renamed Surfers in winter, 'Surfers Palestine' and had a collection of hundreds of photos he'd taken of the southern invaders' white scrawny legs and blue and purple varicose veins.  They wore Edna Everage sunnies with fins which matched those on their cars.  The Melbourne and Sydney plague

I went to school with Irving Korman, whose father built the first 'skyscraper' in Surfers -- Kinkabool.  The rot had  begun

But pre-southerner influence, Surfers (and Main Beach, Broadie, Burleigh, Biggera, etc.) was a true paradise.  Thankfully, I still retain those golden memories

(and the Eagles 'Call some place paradise and kiss it goodbye) is sadly true

So it's your mob who destroyed the Gold Coast and much of Queensland, in concert with successive governments.  Deliberate destruction

Qlders are happy to draw the border at yatala (we still want the drive in).
Gold coast is a tacky wanna be wank fest.
Just walk the streets and look at how dirty the place is. It reflects the people who run it.

In large part correct, these days

Yatala sucks, though

Should have heeded my brother decades ago when he and his mates tried to get others on board to stand on the border and shoot the bast ards as they tried to get across

When these out of touch judges give a slap on the wrist that is exactly what these offenders think will happen next time they do it.

Are judges out of touch when their sentencing is an insult to the public which pays them?

Or are they in survival mode when they take it ridiculously easy on some?  Useless, corrupt, fat pile of sludge judges get to sleep easy as result of the slap-on-wrist love-bites they dole out

they don't explode in a rain of grease via car-bombings
they aren't stabbed by drugged up contract killers as they enter their home's foyer

their kids and grandkids get to live another day

etc

Also, have heard handing out joke-sentences to the scum of the earth is quite lucrative and untraceable

but those judges still end up in age-homes, they still die, they still have to pay the piper one way or another
