Why doesn't 'disproportion' matter?

When the numbers are as low as around 1% and less.....and you then look at the other end...the Aussies and the 'Kiwis' the Sudanese become a tear drop in the ocean. I also ponder to what extent the Aussies and the 'Kiwis' started a turf war.
