You need men of different builds for rugby:

Huge man for prop,
tall & fast for the winger,
short & quick when close to the scrum.

Beauden Barrett is too light for rugby league yet
is perhaps the best rugby union player in the world.

Monk is definitely NRL.
That's why after his Football career, he could only find work selling Lowes clothes and other desperate gimmicks.
If he was ARU, he would be well 'degreed' from Uni and on a self-sufficient wage of over $300,000pa.

AFL boys are just like NRL boys. Sure some of them get Uni degrees, but they still don't know what they are used for? Tongue
