Quote:
Detroit Democrat Bettie Cook Scott on Her Asian Opponent:
“Don’t Vote for the Ching-Chong”

Only a Democrat can get away with.

Democrat Bettie Cook Scott stood outside the polling stations on Tuesday and urged voters not to cast a ballot for her Asian opponent.

Scott told the voters,
“Don’t vote for ching-chang!” and don’t vote for “ching-chong.”

The Metro Times reported:

More than a dozen community groups have called on Rep. Bettie Cook Scott (D-Detroit) to apologize for a series of racial slurs sources say she used to describe her primary election opponent, Rep. Stephanie Chang (D-Detroit).

Scott is alleged to have referred to Chang as “ching-chang” and “the ching-chong” to multiple voters outside polling precincts during last Tuesday’s election.

She’s also said to have called one of Chang’s campaign volunteers an “immigrant,” saying “you don’t belong here” and “I want you out of my country.”

Chang and Scott were running in the Democratic primary for state Sen. District 1. Chang won the election with 49 percent of the vote; Scott came in third with 11 percent of the vote.

What a lovely gal.

Only a Democrat can get away with it? Well, Trump has certainly gotten away with it.

so more deflection from the "FAKE" outrages leftwits .... instead of condemnation...

this is where conservatives differ ...

the Conservative will condemn ALL racism no matter where they stand....

leftwits only condemn alt-right racists while making excuses, deflecting and/or just staying "Silent" when they see Liberals being racist...

and you lot even defend the violent, coward, racist and fascist antifa mob

what a disgrace..

She didn't get away with it because she only got 11% of the vote.

If this was a Republican convention she would have got 95% of the vote for being a bigoted racist.

I agree, Mechanic. This levels it out. If the Democrats are going to play it like this, Mr Trump should be totally free to call them n*****rs.

Remember, it's not racist if the president says it.

Bettie deserves all the criticism she gets.

Funny thing is that the right especially here must be filthy that they can't support her.

Wow we all know that racism isn't exclusive to the right of politics as much as they do dominate in the area it isn't exclusive to them unfortunately.

She can apologise all she likes.  It wouldn't be something that the right would be forgiven for, so I don't see why she should get a free pass.

That said, if she was of the right, those attacking her now would instead be defending her calling this whole thing fake news or a deep state conspiracy.

That is the difference between the left and the right.  The left will actually live by the standard they demand of the right.

But Longy didn't make any accusation, he reported on the ones made by the women he allegedly abused.

Don't forget, the record shows the allegations of sexual misconduct by Roy Moore as assistant district attorney regarding a pursued sexual relationship with a 14-year-old female in 1979, as well as three other women between the ages of 16 and 18, while Moore was in his 30s.

The difference is there are no allegations against the likes of Biden yet you go on about him being a paedophile.  In that case, you are the one making the accusation.

Do you see the difference?

But you're right in that these people should be innocent until proven guilty.

But there is a clear difference between the two instances.

And by the way, a Q conspiracy does not equate to a genuine allegation.  If it's not come from an alleged victim it's as fake as Q's intelligence insider credentials.
