Of course you would, you are brought up in it so would see it as normal until you witnessed other cultures. You may well have gone to the temple every Wednesday to see the beating hearts pulled out of people and thought, yeah, that's just great.

What I am asking you Aussie is if given the benefit of the knowledge we have, would you prefer to live in, and take your family to, Alaska, Japan, China or Saudi Arabia?

If you choose Saudi Arabia as your last on the list, tell me why?

He is a good speaker and there seems to be no angst in what he says. A pity some of the members here can't let go of their "predisposition" and be honest in what kind of culture they would like to live in.

Although we can try and understand those that have a fantasy, like Aussie living with the Aboriginals. If I went back in time I would choose Celtic Europe before the Romans or the late bronze age in the eastern Mediterranean.

It's OK, it's their culture, whose to say the Brits that tried to put a stop to it were right? Hmm? Damned Brits thought they had a superior culture.
