he is a typical  meth junkie who gives not a toss about anyone expect himself and what he wants, the biggest mistake made was in not treating him as the criminal he was and is and avoiding sending him to prison. I cannot believe he is still getting special treatment. Current WA law treats anyone in possession of more than 3 grams of meth as intent to sell or supply with correspondingly much higher penalties than for mere possession. My understanding is that the cops have gone soft on him and he has been charged with possession only despite having more than 4 times the amount. He has now progressed to being a dealer in meth, the lowest of scum, still getting special treatment.
