freediver, this is meant with the best of intentions and in the interests of the Forum I enjoy being able to access, participate in and have a very minor administration role in.

I acknowledge it does 'attack' a decision which can only be one of yours, but that it is exactly what it is.....an attack on the decision, not the decision maker.

Basic facts are:

1.  Mothra and Smith have been banned for EIGHT MONTHS!

2.  There is no obvious clear reason.  There is speculation....and that is totally uninformed because Administration has never clarified....a why.

3. Whatever the reason:

3(a).  On the 5th November last year, Neferti posted my personal details.  I am a seasoned veteran of these www Forums, and that, and that alone is the cardinal sin. She was given a ban of just six weeks.

3(b).  Within six weeks of her initial ban expiring, she doubled down on the 12th February this year, and has been banned since then, the duration is unclear.

3(c).  Both have been model prisoners in the sense that neither has tried to circumvent the ban with a sock.....unlike Neferti who did.



4.  Neither Smith nor Mothra did anything like that.

So......in this Thread....here are the Rules:

5.  I will delete any Poll.

6.  If you support their immediate reinstatement, post that you do, AND WHY.  That you merely like them is not good enough and I will delete your post.

7.  If you do not support their immediate reinstatement, post that you don't, AND WHY.  That you merely don't like them, or that they make you feel personally uncomfortable (no Rule against that,) that you reckon they are just trolls (no Rule against that) or similar shallow stuff which does not constitute a Rule breach (one not breached a zillion times every day at OzPol) ~ then your post will be deleted.

8.  Basic point is....leave personality out of it. Properly explain as an adult your decision.

9.  That freediver made the decision so it must be right, it not a good reason.  That is trite sycophancy and will be deleted.

There may be other things which arise that I have not mentioned, so all I can do is play the ball as it comes.

Please be fair dinkum, polite, no abuse and post like adults.

So.....there it is.

I support their reinstatement.

There appears to be no rational cause for a ban.

I would support their return. Everyone deserves to getafix of ozpol.
