What a stage last night. THe one I stay up for every time it happens and it turns into a disaster because of the crowd.

I usually see the Tour de France as a snooze fest unless something unfortunate happens. Same for the marathon. When that Scottish runner did an impression of me running home from the New Year's 2000 celebrations, I found that newsworthy. I was hoping that Michael Shelley could have done something like hurdle over the stricken runner, just to add flair to the event. But TdF does nothing for me unless there is a pile-up or something.

Not everyone has things as easy as you. If you had the same kind of harassment that I have had in the last 10 years, you would have ended up with a heart attack by now.

Overall thoughone of the more interesting TDFs which I think was because of the reduction in Froome because of his Giro ride, plus the difference in stages (few more shorter stages, a gravel stage) etc.

There will be the usual whining from Movistar about Team Sky, but from what I can see they only have themselves to blame in that they just do the same tactic year after year without it working. Time to try something different guys. Sagan is a beast of a rider and Bernal will win the TDF one day, I guarantee it.
