Run o the mill criminals....rob, bash, break and enter etc...
     Generally punished to the furthest extent of the law.

Criminal bosses....arrange for criminal deeds, pay off cops and get away with it.
        Generally are rarely caught, and if they are, they pay the judges off.

Cops.......pretend to enforce the law, but are actually there to take bribes and work
          for criminal bosses, politicians, judges and multinationals.

Judges.......figurehead, pretending to enforce the law.
          Work for the grubberment to impose fines, rarely enforce justice. Take bribes and
           Are generally the most perverted of them all, pedophile, pooftahs and deviates.

Politicians and senior public servants.
               Have nothing to do with the law other than introducing kleptocratic policies.
               Take bribes as part of their role, LIE, cheat, backstab, traitors to our country.
               Are the most damaging and useless of all criminals
