Anyone experience 'implied warranty' with Apple?
Jul 16th, 2018 at 6:36pm

My partner's Apple I Phone went 'dead' after only 3 years

I checked their Warranty online which is a pathetic 1 year

Also Apple says it does not recognise 'implied warranties'

I am of the opinion that Australian Consumer Law over rides what crap Apple peddle out

Has anyone had experience with enforcing an 'implied warranty' with Apple

I do know they have a bad reputation

Seems two years under Australian Consumer Law, however note -

" For the avoidance of doubt, Apple acknowledges that the Australian Consumer Law may provide for remedies beyond 24 months for a number of its products."
