7 years does seam a bit ambitous, be interesting to see how it pans out. Wink

It was something I heard on the news about an experimental electric plane in Norway and then they went onto say something about how they were going to stop selling petrol by 2025 ! But then they have had a massive electrification of their transport system over the years so I am not surprised by this early cut off date Wink

ahh i'll look into it, Norway is already the highest Ev uptake on new cars Wink

Checked into it, Norway will ban new Fossil fuel Vehicles' from being sold after 2025. They will still be selling fuel though for all the ones already there. Wink

Yep they look after their elderly in retirement so people don't mind paying high taxes unlike Australia where everyday you are made to fear growing old and how you will never have enough for retirement. What a horrible predicament this country offers to its elderly Sad

You've just illustrated what is wrong with this country. "I am all alright mate so should everyone else be". The Scandinavian countries don't look at it like this and expect everyone to paddle their own canoes. Not only that why do we hand over the manage of retirement savings to private enterprise to do what they like when the pollies don't do it ?
