Have to call fake on Gordon's photo.

Why?

It's too clean. Old photo, possibly before Sydneysiders evolved anuses.

Yeah, I know it's disappointing to you that Bondi actually has crystal clear water these days. That's why a freestanding house here cost about $5M

Here's one from the next day. Notice the same smudge on top right of the frame from damage to the lens.

Nice work with paintshop pro. You are evolving Gordon. You didn't quite match the 'smudge'.

White flag accepted  Smiley

When you come to the Ozpol xmas party I'll take you to Bondi.  May even rescue a few curryschitters

I'm sorry Gordo
But Bondi is a Bog-hole.

I prefer beaches where you can turn around and see trees and other 'relaxing' get away from it all stuff.
Not pretentious mansions, high-rises, apartments, carparks and hipsters jogging by continuously. Let alone people staring at you with binoculars from verandahs and hanging their washing out on balconeys.
Hell, let alone 'crowds'.

Would you go for a 'bush-walk' along a trail between two buildings and apartments? Huh
Not really, unless you need to have the security of a café-latte provider nearby and tables where you can play with your phone.

But I guess some people like Sydney beaches ...and the odd turd in their dessert, like at Coogee.

You need to get out of Sydney Gordo. I'm afraid all the 'turdles' that are piling up there from Harris Park to Bondi are starting to take their toll on you. You are being over-whelmed by 'turds'.
Sure Sydney is a lot cleaner than it was before 2000, but a toilet is still a toilet.

I live by a lake and the ocean is just a 10 min drive away.
I get to experience the same as you - but without all that 'sheeet' that comes with an over-priced, over-populated, over-developed, under-planned, etc ...city.
In fact, I must live in a good area along the coast - thousands of Tourists come here to visit.

...funny how at Holidays, hundreds of thousands of people from Sydney & Melbourne can't wait to 'leave' their cities.

Bondi ...Bog-i
