You got that right .... the most confusing place to drive for out of towners going.

Like the London Cabbie ... "if ya can't do da knowledge you'll never pass".

And there's no tolerance from the locals if you hesitate trying to read signage, are in the wrong lane or get lost. 

Rather like how the cops now close multiple lanes on major roads when conducting RBTs - stuffing up traffic and making it fairly easy to avoid them due to the obvious tailback.
