More than 1,000 cases of forced marriage in UK
May 19th, 2018 at 7:20pm

Makes you wonder if it's happening in Australia?

Nearly 1,200 possible forced marriage cases were flagged up to a specialist service last year, figures show.

Of the 1,196 reports handled by the government’s Forced Marriage Unit (FMU), more than a quarter involved victims below the age of 18

As long as they are under 10 every muzzo will marry young girls.

That's because they are primitive paedophiles.

We had a report of a forced marriage the other day - a 16 year old Sri Lankan who said she had been promised to some Sri Lankan guy by her parents. No evidence, just an off-the-cuff statement that she might get married off one day.

Immediate code red. An Ombudsman's report requiring an investigation and a 72 hour response.

Now that's the first forced marriage report I've ever seen, and that's one of only a few mandatory Ombo responses I've ever seen - all over a 16 year old girl who said something might happen.

Based on that response, I have complete faith that forced marriages are incredibly rare in Australia.

I know 3 people who've had arranged marriages - two Curries and a Jew. They consented to marry partners they'd never met. Crazy, perhaps, but not forced.

Come back when you have some proof, Gordon.

Not you please, Yadda.

I'm rather experienced, dear. Ask me anything.

Nam, Parramatta, forced marriage, the lot.

Hey, Gordon, they're onto us. Almost a quarter of those forced into marriage were blokes.

Teachers and counsellors are raising the alarm about a growing number of girls being forced into child marriage.

A growing number of Sydney girls, some as young as nine, are being taken overseas and forced to become child brides.

Minister for Community Services in NSW Brad Hazzard said..."I think that's the tip of the iceberg.

There have been many instances cited of mohammedans, who live in Australia, taking their young schoolage daughters back to the homeland, hiding their intent, with; "Its a holiday. We need to visit nana before she dies."

Then once in a foregin land, and at the tender mercies of their own parent(s), many young Aussie-born daughters are 'shoe-horned' into marraiges, while visiting a jurisdiction which does not recognise the protection of Australia and Australian law, which these young girls are entitled to.
