1. why is imagery of child pornography allowed to stay posted on the fringe forum ?

im very interested in the logic behind the decision .

Context is key.  This is not child exploitation material. It's a mainstream television show and this scene has passed all the censors and classification boards in this country.

I do not support actual child pornography in any way shape or form and with my work in the past with ISPs have been involved in blocking material required by legislation including the ACMA Blacklist as well as Interpols lists etc. I've also had to report legitimate instances when we've found it on our networks and help with investigations.

Not once has South Park never made it on any of those lists. Doing a thorough Google search, not even the most exploitive of mothers groups are claiming this to be child pornography.

It's only those on here trying to censor others on this board because of petty arguments that are making the claim.

I've found more instances of Light posting South Park memes on here than anyone else on the entire internet claiming this is child pornography.

Firstly, it's not child exploitation material. Content such as this is refused classification by the Australian Classification Board supported by the Attorney-General's Department.

Instead they gave it an M rating.

If you think this is Child Exploitation Material I suggest you report it to ACB or the Federal Authorities.

And again context is key. What I said "was funny" is not the actions depicted in the image, but the fact that you want the image removed when it shows more proof of aliens than anything you've ever posted.

Again you're caught lying and trying to silence others who question your claims, rather than proving your claims and the method you've chosen  to do it is via trivialising child exploitation material.
