I don't do "long threads" about Pauline except to simply collect her foolish pronouncements into one place. Other people might choose to comment - that is their choice.

Pauline and the PHONies fulfil a role in democracy - they and their similar minded fools are where all the fringe elements congregate. However, they do not represent the majority viewpoint and even if they did, what must be remembered is that what is right is not always popular, what is popular, is not always right. Something the PHONies and Hansonites ignore. Tsk, tsk. Roll Eyes

Not interested. I believe Government policies have a responsibility to treat all citizens or at least the overwhelming majority, as right as possible. If policies were only considered on their popularity, we'd still have Indigenous Australians as second-class citizens, the White Australia Policy and of course, Islamophobic immigration policies. Tsk, tsk, hardly fair on their victims, now is it? Typical of a PHONy supporter though - only ever thinking of their own prejudices. Tut, tut. Roll Eyes
