Gawd.....Bobby is dragging out Mt Baw Baw yet again.  Here's a heads up Bobby.

It is Winter.  It gets really cold at Mt Baw Baw this time every year.

It's only of interest because it's the nearest well known
place to Melbourne of high altitude.

Mount Baw Baw is a mountain within the Baw Baw National Park and Great Dividing Range, ... Mount Baw Baw is about 120 kilometres (75 miles) east of Melbourne and 50 km (31 mi) north of the Latrobe ....

Elevation‎: ‎1,567 metres (5,141 ft)

Yes Bobby......Professor Google told me that last year when you decided it was of some relevance.  He also said that Mt Baw Baw is a very cold place in Winter..... normally.

I reckon you ought get DuByne to mention that in his next 'Dear Diary, it was cold today in.......' episode.

The next nearest is Mt Dandenong.
It can snow there too in Winter.

The Dandenong Ranges (commonly just The Dandenongs) are a set of low mountain ranges, rising to 633 metres at Mount Dandenong, approximately 35 km (22 mi) east of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Elevation‎: ‎633 m (2,077 ft)
Length‎: ‎50 km (31 mi) N-S

No way - not when there's global warming.
It's warm in Winter when global warming hits.
