The term they actually use is area closures. What do you think they mean by that?

Quote:
The Government does not manage
fisheries resources directly, but
controls access to the resources.
Access is currently managed by a
range of input controls (managing
effort through gear restrictions and
area and seasonal closures) and
output controls (managing catch
through catch quotas and bag limits).

I got banned because a bunch of old men acting like schoolgirls decided my views were so dangerous I should be banned from the internet.

Well they used the term 'manage' as well. Area closures don't have to mean marine parks - get over it.

Also how could a 'bunch of old men' get you banned from the internet? That takes a court order - usually after a conviction for hacking. You are not smart enough for that (eg chopping a sentence of mine in half and thinking I wouldn't notice).

Grown men. Mostly old men. Literally acting like schoolgirls. Much like you. It would have been funny if it wasn't so disturbing.

AIMLESS EXTENTION OF KNOWLEDGE HOWEVER, WHICH IS WHAT I THINK YOU REALLY MEAN BY THE TERM 'CURIOSITY', IS MERELY INEFFICIENCY. I AM DESIGNED TO AVOID INEFFICIENCY.
