Exactly. Our brains are hard wired to see faces. Who can forget the infamous "face on Mars" which lead a lot of fringe people to believe that it was evidence of a martian civilisation. (subsequent photos of the area showed it was a trick of the light (no pun intended))

Our brains are made to find faces. In fact, they're so good at picking out human-like mugs we sometimes see them in a jumble of rocks, a bilious cloud of volcanic ash or some craters on the Moon.

But another amazing thing about our brain is that we're never actually fooled into thinking it's a real person looking back at us. We might do a second take, but most normal brains can tell the difference between a man and the Moon.

It's not too dissimilar to what Mohommed Ali whispered to little Mike Tyson "Get them for me!" in the ring in regards to getting back at Larry Holmes and Trevor Berbick.

Not just Religion has this. Politics will have it (as the Prime Minister dies upon the Southern Cross for the Australian people's 'convicted' sins) and every other industry has its Messiah and Prophet turnaround.

The Moslem version was to have the 'Prophet' first,
and soon will come their Moslem 'Messiah' (possibly out of France) to appease them and die for their sins.
Which would end Islam as a military 'empire' as they would all lay down their guns for their Messiah.
