That would break site rules and then I could remove it. As long as MRBs do not break the sites rules they are to be left alone.

I agree with Setanta's interpretation.

MRBs, unless the person responsible for the board dies, or goes on a permanent holiday, should be the sole responsibility of the owner of the board, the official MOD of that MRB, unless like Setanta stated, there is a severe rule violation, then any responsible Mod should step in if aware.

What does "it" mean in the sentence, "What time is it?"?
