is now veiw able to all of us- BUT the Women's Issues forum has been visible to men the whole time and men have often wandered in the even trashing threads started by women discussing their  own !!!

Why have the women forum not even been afforded the same rights by Mods/admin who kept the men's shed Private and only to be used by men!!!  If you look in the women's forum you can see thread after nasty thread on women started in the main by sad bitter men- why even bother to refloat the Tool shed-

Annie Anthrax is the Mod of that MTB and I guess that the way it is set up now is how she wants it.

I was hoping it was a place where men with many problems could go and maybe get lessons from  REAL men on manners  on how to deal with women and treat them as they would like their mothers or sisters to be treated... that means respect...I know its a two way street.  but this is/was a place for men to group and talk about life and what makes it work for you!..

going on this forum   men seem to bring an enormous amount of stress and anger and just plain nasty where ever they go.......the way they verbally assault others for just having an opinion on something is remarkable   and I can only believe it is how they are in real life with anyone who dares disagree with them....

I am sure it makes their home life strained as it does on here with other members......

its a shame some do not see themselves as others see them.. there is no need to insult when just a few well chosen words would do a better job...

Cods - much of the behaviour from men here is unacceptable by me.
Many men would agree.
Most men are ok.  We have our problems.

Worked Building Industry and many others where 'females' can hold their own.

Pun aside. I've known a lot of women who can wield the 'Tool' exceptionally well. I've worked with women who can work even harder than a lot of guys I've worked with.

It is never about women working 'like' men, its about women working to the best of 'their' capabilities which every Industry benefits from.
When Men say "Women are physically weaker.", well I can't see a male contortionist bend their body through a double grate bar window and out.
Or a certain female (Aust) Cave Diver who managed to open up another 50% of cave network in Florida because she could get to places - 'blokes' couldn't.
