Labor?

"The Newman government ordered the trains from the Bombardier-led consortium called Qtectic in January 2014".

Now, I haven't lived in Queensland for a while, but I'm pretty sure that the Newman government in 2014 was NOT a Labor government, Mr Mechanic.

Do you have any idea what party Mr Newman belonged to?

I'm curious.

Your time is up, Mr Mechanic.

The answer is "the Liberal National Party of Queensland".

"A FLEET of new trains ordered by the Queensland Government will be made in India, the Treasurer has confirmed.

"Tim Nicholls and Transport Minister Scott Emerson on Wednesday announced they had struck a deal with the Bombardier NGR Consortium to build 75 new six-car trains".
   2014

Thanks, LNP    Wink
