The oligarchy through plutocracy rule every nation on Earth bar Russia, China, Iran and Nth Korea.

There is such a word as "Fairy" too, but that doesn't mean that they live at the bottom of the garden.

Oligarchy - a form of government in which all power is vested in a few persons or in a dominant class or clique; government by the few.

Russia, China, Iran and Nth Korea are among the few countries that ARE ruled by an Oligarchy. But there is no "world oligarchy" and please don't spam us with graphs, youtude clips and other meaningless discredited nonsense like you do with the global warming threads.

Semantics now is it, well maybe I should have used aristocracy but I did say through plutocracy so there can be no reason for ambiguity or to misconstrue as to whom I’m referring to.

Besides l like using oligarchy it rolls of the tongue much better.

Now run along with the faithful to worship your local AGW bishop and pay homage to Saint Gore saviour of this world.
